We offer an independent monthly review of the Contractor's application for payment as sometimes required by the lender on the project. We will:

• Review the Contractor's Schedule of Values for Accuracy
• Monitor the Construction Progress Monthly
• Review the Monthly Application for Payment
• Record the Percent Complete to Date
• Work with the Contractor to Resolve any Application Discrepancies
