The principal of WCS, Danny Wooldridge, has been estimating commercial construction projects for more than 48 years with experience ranging from small tenant finish projects to multi-million dollar sports facilities, office, educational and professional buildings. We also have a network of industry professionals with similar experience in commercial construction who are utilized on an "as needed" basis. The goal is to help owners accurately establish, track, and manage project costs during each stage of design.

Cost and Value Analysis is another of our services. And one at which we excel. We review the project before, during or after document preparation with a single purpose in mind. To insure that the Owner is receiving the best possible value for the money invested without compromising building performance, function or aesthetics.

Our Construction Document Review service will save time, money and change orders during the actual construction process. By providing an independent analysis of the design drawings and specifications before they are released for bidding, any ambiguities, conflicting details and other problems-in-waiting can be clarified or corrected before the first shovel is turned.

If your project needs an independent monthly review of the Contractor's application for payment, WCS can provide it. Prompt and accurate payments are a necessity in today's construction market. We will review the Contractor's initial schedule of values plus verify that the amount of each monthly request is fair and accurate.
